Handmade Freshwater Mussel Costume!
Hand designed, created and painted freshwater mussel costume by Artist, L. Costello Hinchey through a grant from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife for the Upper Tennessee River Roundtable at CHStudios.net - Fine Arts.
Hand painted shells were inspired by the Lampsilis fasciola, common name the Wavy-rayed Lampmussel complete with lure headdress.
