What is the craziest thing you've re-purposed/recycled?

In the world today, the trend is to recycle, rejuvenate, re-purpose, items that would otherwise been thrown away. I'm fascinated to see how creative and clever folks are with re-purposing. What are the craziest and most unusually items you've re-purposed? Below is my craziest recycled/re-purposed item.

It's a heavy duty industrial fry basket. My friend's father owned a big industrial plant that was closing and we went through and picked some stuff from the building and this is one of the things I grabbed. I now use it as a bathroom wastepaper basket. Yep. *winks* The one shown here is not exactly but similarly like what I use and until I photograph it this will have to do. You get the idea, though.
